1. 구체적인 제안만 게시
구체적인 기계 관련 제안만 게시하세요. 일반 광고는 게시하지 않습니다. 각 매물은 특정 기계, 산업 장비, 부품, 소모품 또는 산업 서비스를 대상으로 해야 하며 함께 제공하는 제품 범위를 명확히 설명해야 합니다.
2. 의미 있는 기술 설명 제공
Machex 매물을 만들 때 해당 기술 필드에 기계 제품이나 서비스를 명확히 설명하세요. 카테고리에 적합한 기술 정보가 없는 매물은 허용되지 않습니다.
3. 신원 및 연락처
계정 또는 매물의 지정 필드에 항상 성명과 주소를 제공하세요. 익명 매물은 허용되지 않습니다. 연락처 공개는 매물 공개 설정에 따릅니다.
4. 다른 매물로 유도 금지
판매자의 다른 매물, 온라인 상점 또는 다른 거래 플랫폼을 참조해서는 안 됩니다.
5. 제품 상태를 정확히 설명
신품, 시연용 또는 중고인지 밝혀야 합니다. 신품과 시연용 제품을 중고로 분류해서는 안 됩니다.
6. 판매 완료 매물 갱신
판매된 제품은 최대한 빨리 판매 완료로 표시하거나 삭제하세요. 완료된 서비스도 갱신하고 종료된 제안을 활성 검색 결과에 남기지 마세요.
7. 회사 로고와 제품 사진
매물 사진에 회사 로고를 넣거나 제품 사진 대신 사용하지 마세요.
8. 게시 권한이 있는 사진 사용
합법적으로 게시할 권한이 있는 이미지만 사용하세요. 제조업체나 경쟁사의 사진에는 해당 저작권자의 서면 허가가 필요합니다.
9. 사진이 없는 경우
‘이미지 없음’ 또는 유사 문구가 들어간 이미지는 허용되지 않습니다.
10. 경쟁사 매물 복사 금지
기술 설명을 직접 작성하세요. 다른 판매자의 문구나 매물 일부를 복사하는 것은 금지됩니다.
11. 키워드 및 검색어
해당 제품이나 서비스에 맞는 설명을 사용하세요. 무관한 제품, 서비스, 키워드 또는 일반 광고를 추가하지 마세요.
12. 회사명 및 반복 단어
매물 제목에 본인 회사명이나 반복 단어를 넣지 마세요. 제조업체는 이 규칙에서 제외됩니다.
13. 적절한 카테고리 선택
기계 제품이나 서비스에 맞는 매물 카테고리를 선택하세요.
14. 정확한 제조업체 및 모델 입력
해당 필드에는 관련 제품의 제조업체와 모델만 입력하고 판촉·광고 문구는 넣지 마세요.
15. 연락 가능한 전화번호
제공한 전화번호로 실제 연락할 수 있는지 확인하세요.
16. 중복 매물
동일한 제품을 두 번 이상 게시하지 마세요.
17. 규칙 집행
위반 시 매물이 수정·삭제·이동될 수 있으며, 위반 정도에 따라 회원 자격도 종료될 수 있습니다.

1. Publish Specific Offers Only
Publish only specific machinery offers. General advertisements will not be published. Each listing must concern a particular machine, industrial equipment item, spare part, consumable or industrial service. Clearly describe the scope of any products offered together.
2. Provide Meaningful Technical Descriptions
When creating a Machex listing, clearly describe the machinery product or service in the relevant technical fields. Listings without technical information appropriate to the category are not permitted.
3. Identity and Contact Information
Always provide your full name and address in the designated account or listing fields. Anonymous listings are not permitted. Public contact visibility follows your listing visibility settings.
4. Do Not Refer to Other Listings
Listings must not refer to the seller's other listings, online shops or other trading platforms.
5. Describe Product Condition Accurately
Sellers must state whether the machinery product is new, a demonstration unit or used. New and demonstration products must not be classified as used.
6. Update Sold Listings
Mark sold products as sold or remove their listings as soon as possible. Update completed service listings as well. Completed offers must not remain in active search results.
7. Company Logos and Product Images
Do not place company logos in listing photographs or use them instead of product photographs.
8. Use Images You Are Entitled to Publish
Use only images you have the legal right to publish. Manufacturer or competitor photographs require written permission from the relevant copyright holder.
9. Missing Images
Images containing "Image not available" or similar text are not permitted.
10. Do Not Copy Competitor Listings
Write your own technical descriptions. Copying text or portions of other sellers' listings is prohibited.
11. Keywords and Search Terms
Use descriptions specific to the listed machinery product or service. Do not add unrelated products, services, keywords or general advertising.
12. Company Names and Repeated Words
Do not include your own company name or repeated words in listing titles. Manufacturers are exempt from this rule.
13. Choose the Correct Category
Select the appropriate listing category for your machinery product or service.
14. Enter Accurate Manufacturer and Model Information
Enter only the relevant product manufacturer and model in those fields. Do not include promotional or advertising wording.
15. Provide a Reachable Telephone Number
Ensure that the telephone number you provide can be reached.
16. Duplicate Listings
Do not list the same product more than once.
17. Enforcement
Breaches may result in a listing being amended, removed or moved. Depending on the seriousness of the breach, membership may also be terminated.
