Machex는 기계, 산업 장비, 부품 및 서비스를 위한 마켓플레이스 기술 플랫폼을 제공합니다.
회원은 정확한 정보를 제공하고 계정을 보호하며 플랫폼을 적법하게 이용해야 합니다. 판매자는 자신의 매물에 대한 책임을, 구매자는 독립적인 확인에 대한 책임을 계속 부담합니다.
별도로 서명한 계약에 명시적으로 규정된 경우를 제외하고 Machex는 최종 매매계약의 당사자가 아닙니다. 플랫폼 기록, 운영 검토 및 보안 통제는 사용자를 보호하고 이 약관을 집행하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다.

Machex Marketplace Terms of Use
Rules for using Machex accounts, listings, messages and transaction tools.
Machex provides a marketplace technology platform for machinery, equipment, parts and services.
Members must provide accurate information, protect their accounts and use the platform lawfully. Sellers remain responsible for their listings and buyers remain responsible for independent checks.
Machex is not a party to the final sale contract unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement. Platform records, moderation and security controls may be used to protect users and enforce these terms.
