Verwerkingsdoeleinden en rechtsgronden
Cookies ondersteunen gevraagde diensten en accountbeveiliging. De toepasselijke rechtsgrond hangt af van het doel, waaronder de uitvoering van een overeenkomst, wettelijke verplichtingen of gerechtvaardigde belangen waar dit is toegestaan. Optionele analyse berust op toestemming. Waar de KVKK van toepassing is, vindt de verwerking plaats volgens de beginselen van artikel 4 en de voorwaarden van artikel 5. Essentiële functies: veilig inloggen, sessies tussen pagina's behouden, inlogtransacties beveiligen en cookiekeuzes onthouden.
Optionele analyse: het platformgebruik beoordelen aan de hand van informatie zoals de bezochte pagina en de taal, uitsluitend na toestemming voor analyse.
Taalvoorkeur: uw gekozen interfacetaal onthouden voor latere bezoeken.

Machex onthoudt uw gekozen interfacetaal via machex_locale. Deze cookie wordt ingesteld wanneer u een taal kiest.
Prestaties en analyse
De huidige analysefunctie werkt uitsluitend wanneer machex_analytics is ingesteld op granted. Het weigeren of intrekken van toestemming stopt nieuwe analysegebeurtenissen. De voorkeursregistratie is geen afzonderlijke cookie om bezoekers te volgen.
Cookies beheren
Open het voorkeurenpaneel via Cookiekeuzes (Cookie choices). Alleen essentieel (Essential only) weigert analyse; Voorkeuren opslaan (Save preferences) past uw keuzes toe; Alles accepteren (Accept all) schakelt de momenteel aangeboden optionele analyse in.
U kunt ook de cookie-instellingen in uw browser wijzigen. Afhankelijk van de browser kunt u cookies blokkeren, een waarschuwing ontvangen voordat cookies worden geplaatst, of geselecteerde cookies uitschakelen of verwijderen.

Vergoeding vorderen voor schade door onrechtmatige verwerking.
Uw AVG-rechten (GDPR), waaronder inzage, rectificatie, wissing, beperking, bezwaar en overdraagbaarheid waar van toepassing, blijven beschikbaar. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij een bevoegde toezichthoudende autoriteit.
Dien een verzoek in via https://machex.com/legal/data-request of een andere wettelijk beschikbare methode. AVG-verzoeken worden normaal gesproken binnen één maand beantwoord, behoudens wettelijk toegestane verlengingen; KVKK-verzoeken binnen dertig dagen wanneer die procedure van toepassing is. Verzoeken zijn normaal gesproken kosteloos; kosten of weigeringen zijn alleen mogelijk voor zover de toepasselijke wet dit toestaat.

Processing Purposes and Legal Grounds

Machex remembers your selected interface language through machex_locale, which is set when you choose a language.
Performance and Analytics
The current analytics function operates only when machex_analytics is set to granted. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops new analytics events. The preference record is not a separate visitor-tracking cookie.
How to Control Cookies
Open the preference panel using Cookie choices. Essential only rejects analytics; Save preferences applies your choices; Accept all enables the optional analytics currently offered.
You may also change cookie settings in your browser. Depending on the browser, you can block cookies, receive a warning before cookies are set, or disable or delete selected cookies.
You can withdraw consent by reopening the panel, turning analytics off and saving. Preferences may be stored separately for each browser and device. Deleting cookies may cause the preference panel to appear again.
Mobile-device cookie settings can also be managed through the device's settings menu.
Blocking essential session cookies through browser settings may prevent login and account functions from working.
Where Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 applies, data subjects have the following rights:

Your GDPR rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, remain available. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Submit a request using https://machex.com/legal/data-request or another legally available method. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions; KVKK requests within thirty days where that procedure applies. Requests are normally free, with fees or refusals only where permitted by the applicable law.
