Machexは、機械、産業設備、部品およびサービスのための技術的なマーケットプレイス・プラットフォームを提供します。
会員は正確な情報を提供し、アカウントを保護し、適法にプラットフォームを利用しなければなりません。出品者は自らの出品について、購入者は独立した確認について、それぞれ責任を負います。
別途署名された契約に明示される場合を除き、Machexは最終的な売買契約の当事者ではありません。プラットフォームの記録、モデレーションおよびセキュリティ管理は、利用者の保護と本規約の執行のために使用されることがあります。

Machex Marketplace Terms of Use
Rules for using Machex accounts, listings, messages and transaction tools.
Machex provides a marketplace technology platform for machinery, equipment, parts and services.
Members must provide accurate information, protect their accounts and use the platform lawfully. Sellers remain responsible for their listings and buyers remain responsible for independent checks.
Machex is not a party to the final sale contract unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement. Platform records, moderation and security controls may be used to protect users and enforce these terms.
