Machex; makineler, endüstriyel ekipmanlar, yedek parçalar ve hizmetler için teknolojik bir pazaryeri platformu sunar.
Üyeler doğru bilgi sağlamalı, hesaplarını korumalı ve platformu hukuka uygun kullanmalıdır. Satıcılar kendi ilanlarından, alıcılar ise bağımsız kontrollerin yapılmasından sorumludur.
Ayrı bir imzalı sözleşmede açıkça belirtilmedikçe Machex nihai satış sözleşmesinin tarafı değildir. Platform kayıtları, moderasyon ve güvenlik kontrolleri kullanıcıları korumak ve bu koşulları uygulamak için kullanılabilir.

Machex Marketplace Terms of Use
Rules for using Machex accounts, listings, messages and transaction tools.
Machex provides a marketplace technology platform for machinery, equipment, parts and services.
Members must provide accurate information, protect their accounts and use the platform lawfully. Sellers remain responsible for their listings and buyers remain responsible for independent checks.
Machex is not a party to the final sale contract unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement. Platform records, moderation and security controls may be used to protect users and enforce these terms.
